“You seem to have got yourself into a bit of a bind there, Charley.”
“A bit of a-? Doctor! They're going to kill me.”
“But not just yet, I fancy. Not covered in all that muck. It's not ceremonial enough. Look, they've run you a nice, deep bath.”
“That's a cooking pot! They're going to come back, slit my throat or something, and-. Why are you just standing there dripping slime? Get me out of these ropes. Please?”
“Hmmm? Yes. Sorry. It's just...” He sighed. “A long, hot soak sounds quite appealing right now.”
