Everyone should take the time to read about this man, Barack Obama. From everything that I have read about him / seen already he is just a great man - unlike most other politicians (meaning he is not a souleating snake. This is a letter that he sent out to his mailing list this morning

He is so amazing it almost feels unreal. I mean, seriously, this sounds like something you would hear Jed Bartlet say on TWW. And that is a GOOD THING!

He was #1 in my book since the Democratic National Convention a few years ago. He gave this AMAZING speech. Anyway, I really wish he wouldn't run in 2008. He'd just be stepping into a large pile of shit and if he fucks it up, then he'll just look really bad in history. If he's got a plan for anything, then ok maybe, but I can't see that anything can really be done about this.

I'd like to find out more about him, but this will be the first Presidential election where I can vote & I can definitely see myself voting for him at this point in time. How amazing would it be though if he was our first African American president? :)

I don't know much about politics cause it frustrates me too much to follow it too closely, but I have heard a lot about this guy. He seems really cool! I give anyone a lot of credit to be willing to follow Bush and deal with the crap state he's going to leave the nation in also. I'll most likely vote for Obama!
