Equalise me. Finalise me.

Filling in my PN1 is almost complicated. All I want is a bloody loan so that I don't die next year of money starvation. Geez, is that so much to ask? Sorry, I know I get incredibly wound up over these things, but who can blame me, honestly? It's worse than examinations almost and that's saying something. Infact, I'd rather be doing an exam right now, at least it's practice. It would keep me in good mental shape over the next few months.

So, today's happenings included but were not limited to two lessons for me, as I had other things to do during the day, like print off six copies of my 'Just War Theories' booklet for the rest of the Ethics class tomorrow. That took at least a good half an hour. Mrs Hines wasn't in to teach us English Language today which was a blessing, so we all ended up going for lunch earlier as a result :) I love it when that happens. In the afternoon I had Media Studies and Mr Faz made us watch these two media texts for comparison about Apollo 13. One was a documentary version and the other was a blockbuster and we were supposed to compare and contrast them in relation to contextual background such as political, social and economic issues of the time. Interesting. Fairly comprehensible too when you begin to analyse how it all fits together. We just made a few notes on it and a plan, which we will no doubt have to write into an essay next lesson. Joys. While later in Philosophy, we talked about religious language and the power it can have on the doctrine of faith and believers, in the way that it can be very majestic and influence a lot of believers...I came away from the lesson understanding the topic a lot more indepth than I would have barely even understood beforehand. I love Theology, I'm going to miss studying it deeply when all I'm doing is Journalism next year. However, I plan to carry on with this interest through reading such books in my spare time for example, just as a hobby. But my main priority will of course be the completion of my Journalism Studies over the next three years and obtaining my degree. Yay.

First things first though...A Levels.

My driving lesson this evening was rather pleasant and is proving that my driving is coming along immensely these days, very few mishaps happening now, only one or two mistakes, which is certainly an improvement, a vast improvement since October when I first started to learn. *Bears this in mind*.
