All of the inhabitants of the planet lives underwater. Some just made their way up as the climate changed and the water froze. But our mermaid here survived as a myth.

If you're sure *walks over to an employee b/c it's just easier if these are for sale and points to the sculpture and flashes his psychic paper. The employee immediately gets a big smile on his face and nods enthusiastically to Nine.*

*Nine walks back, tucking the psychic paper in his pocket* They'll deliver it to the TARDIS later tonight. Told them I was the duke of smith and they use my name as a patron. *Grins mischievously* They'll double their business this year, based on that alone.

*ignores outraged waiter and eats it, in a thoughtful like way*

*Chuckles at her antics and flashes the psychic paper at the waiter, who backs off* Glad you like it. It's customary to order first.
