Thanks to having a little extra spending money, I went on a walk this morning and came back with this:

I once had those worldly passions. Today I still enjoy watching the act since I cannot partake in it myself. But, I enjoy the intrigues of life.

Companionship most of all. Having the emptiness that collects melt away when someone I love is nearby...

I do agree with you the merits of companionship. Loneliness is a potent curse.

But at present I'm out for something a good deal less wholesome.

Something less wholesome would not feel the void that entered me at midnight unfortunately.
