Order of Temporary Suspension of Employment, Builders League United
This correspondence serves as notice that BLU Employee #44785 has been suspended without pay, effective 3-08-69 through 3-22-69, as penalty for infractions against the Builders League United Code of Employee Conduct Article 1.08.
In addition, a disciplinary hearing will be scheduled on Monday, 3-14-69. During the suspension period, the employee(s) will be transported home without pay at his/her own expense. Following the disciplinary hearing, job and account privileges may be restored at the discretion of the Administrator.
