It's funny how when things are going SO right, that bad things can happen. Ah, such is life, I roll with the punches and get to what's real. heh.
I'm so fucking busy now, and for really no reason whatsoever. I keep myself occupied, do things that I like and this takes up entire days. Now that I'm closing at work most days, I can't really see people all that much because they have like "real lives", "real jobs", "go to school". It's ok, because I have many things that I like to do, but now it makes me wish I was one of these people with "real lives" who have weekends off, and get to do actual fun things that cost money (instead of me, who sees free movies and walks by herself when there's nothing to do/no one to hang out with on those days that I work nights). Kind of frustrating, but that's my life for now. Things will change over time I hope, I will actually get to talk to human beings other than my co-workers sometime. Not that they aren't lovely, but I miss my old friends who I'm trying to reconnect with, my family and I'm trying to build new friendships.
Here's to the occasional Saturday off, and that it might be spent with you, dear friends in LJ land.
