Now that Francescu isn't in camp being bestest friends with Clark and making Kon feel all kinds of inferior, Kon has ... all but forgotten about him. Go go, Kon. If he thinks about Francescu at all it's as 'that quiet guy that Clark likes.' If Francescu ends up as Kon's Uncle-in-Law he will be nonplussed.
I'm pretty sure that in between baiting his co-workers, scaring his boss, and looking forward to the live-action Cafe Kichijoji de TV drama coming in September, Minagawa still thinks of Francescu fondly (for him), mostly in a 'if only my colleagues were that competent. Oh, well, I can still torture them' sort of way. He keeps tabs on Francescu the same way he does on the boys -- consulting his hororscopes and going 'ah -- it seems things are going well.' If things stopped going well, he might make an effort to get there. I'm not sure whether it's to help or just observe from a safe distance. If Minagawa ever shows up in Francescu's life, he should possibly worry either way.
I would be very surprised if interdimensional travelling had not yet taken place so I'm going to say things are unchanged with Clark. If you think that's a cop-out, I'll try and elaborate.
Robin first just sort of accepted Francescu as someone who was there -- his importance came from being Sophie's brother and Clark's friend rather than Francescu, although Robin appreciated that he was obviously intelligent and capable (a nice change in camp!). Then when Francescu joined the Barrier Research Group, Robin got to know him as a friend. Robin being, well. Not exactly demonstrative, I don't think Francescu ever realised the weight Robin put on that relationship. I didn't until, well. But acknowledging Francescu's help at the meeting felt right to Robin, and the fact that they're still working from his research means he doesn't feel as gone as others do. Robin doesn't expect to see Francescu again, but he'll remember him as a friend.
