The noise and busy ness of the world distract me
from my own stress and discontent
when arguments and tears become breakup history
and work filled roller coasters
become nothing but speed bumps
when all worry fades away
and tears dry up
that's when I really know

It is quiet
Complete quiet.

when i can notice the cobwebs on the wall
hear my own thoughts in my brain
and its all pieced together
and no longer insane
thats when i know
