a creme filled donut and a button or two
in my last post i wrote about my interest in 1950s - 1960s fashion. i could take pictures of the pieces in my closet that are inpired by these decades, but that's something i'll never get around to doing (despite those "resolutions"). instead, i wanted to share what i think is the best modern example of my ideal wardrobe:
orla kiely!
i first heard of orla kiely when that home goods and such collection was released for target. i had no interest in it, and still don't care much for the bags, stationery, and what ever else in her collection. she seemed to be well known for her accessories, so i never bothered to look into her clothing collections. it was only less than a year ago that i learned that they exemplify my dream personal style.
