Another sleepless night (for powered_otaku)
Claire was having another one of those nights where her mind was a little too busy and she knew that sleep was going to be impossible in the long run. She didn't know if Hiro was at his apartment but she was going to figure that he was. After cleaning up a bit, making sure that the cat had food and water, she slipped out. She took the scooter, using it to get to Hiro's apartment building and parking in the area designated to her. Shifting the small bag on her back, she walked up to the building and nodded to the door man who let her into the building.
The elevator ride was a little long for her, even if it did pass in seconds. Fishing out her keys, she wondered briefly if he would be asleep or awake. Unlocking the door once she got to his place, she slipped into the apartment and quietly closed the door. Shrugging off her pack, she lowered it to the floor and heard the sound of a little paws racing towards her.
Turning around, she smiles as she drops into a crouch to greet Kuma, "Hey you." She caught him, scratching behind his ears before glancing up, calling out softly, "Hiro?"
