Once upon a time, there was a boy. And he liked a girl. They danced around each other for a while before the boy finally plucked up the courage and asked the girl out with him. At first the girl said no, but she really did like him. The boy was discourage, he didn't understand the rules to dating. But with help from his bestfriend he found more courage hiding behind the sofa, so he went and asked the girl again. This time she said yes.

From that point on the two had a really good time. They would spend days and evenings together, going on dates and having fun. Holding hands and sneaking kisses when no one was looking. It was a fun time for them both and the boy was falling for her faster and faster. They were, he thought, in as serious a relationship as two young teenagers could be.

But he was wrong. One day, in early summer, the girl started to avoid him. She would put of dates. Eventually he confronted her, tears in his eyes and sorrow in his heart, and she told him there was another. The boy didn't believe at first, how could he? It had been love, hadn't it? No, it wasn't. Later that week he saw them together, entwined and clearly not just friends. The boys heart shattered and, had it not been for a certain boy, he would still be shattered today.

Thought it would be more interesting to word it like that. And less bitter.

The boy ended up with some girls, and some boys, but nothing worth his time.

This is one though... that has him curious.

Having the one you love (or think you love) run away with another guy has that effect on a person sometimes. Not all fairy tales have happy endings though... But you never know...

Easier said than done.

Should I tell you a fairy tale? There once was a boy who fell in love with a King. But everyone loved the King, too, even though the boy thought his love was special. But the King was in love with someone else. But the boy kept being a good friend to the King anyway, and loved him quietly, even though he knew nothing would happen because the King was off limits!

Eventually the King realized that there was more to be had from someone who really cared about and loved and appreciated him, so he fell in love with the boy and they lived happily ever since!

So maybe you can show how much he means to you as best as you can, whenever you can, even if you think nothing will happen, because if you really like someone and appreciate them and be a good friend it won't go unrewarded! （　＾＾）人（＾＾　）
