(no subject)
So I'm finally home from camp. It was probably the most intense camp I have been to. We were never able to just sit and relax. If we had free time, we were practicing. At the end of the evening, while most of the teams went back to the dorm to shower and hang out... our coaches had us go back and practice and review all of the routines over and over until we knew them 100%. But on the final evaluations, you could tell which teams took the extra practice time and which teams sat on their ass, so it payed off.
All of us got blue ribbons on every routine at final evaluation. We also qualified for nationals but we're obviously not going because of school rules and stuff. We got the biggest award in the camp... the leadership award. All the teams voted on which team they would want to be on the most, which team was on the ball, had the most fun and the most spirit. So it was awesome to get that. I will post pictures later from camp and I'm sure Chelsea will to, so check hers out as well.

Tomorrow morning MJ and I leave for Up North! This time will probably be at least ten times better than the last time I went up there. Then we come back on the 2nd and that evening we're having team bonding. We're going to some event that the Oakland dance team is doing and then having a team bonfire/sleepover!
