AUGH this is so hard because I've seen SO many well-done sad scenes, but... can I just say "the entire Tales of the Abyss game?" B|;;; Seriously. That game was just. Augh. So heartbreaking, at least partly because I admittedly started babying Luke even before he did the Anime Haircut Change of Wisdom, and that poor kid just goes through SO MUCH that it's kind of terrible at times. ;_; But to be specific,

-W-When he was trying to decide if he wanted to go sacrifice himself and he was walking around talking to everyone and they were all emotional and GUY WAS ALL MAD AT HIM BUT BECAUSE HE CARED and then OH MY GOD JADE ADMITTING THAT HE DIDN'T WANT HIM TO DO IT AS HIS FRIEND AND LUKE JUST GAVE THAT SAD BUT GRATEFUL LITTLE SMILE WHEN HIS BACK WAS TURNED AUUUUUUUUGHHHHHHHHHHHHH DDDDDDDD'X
-After he decided that he WOULD do it and Ingobert told Luke that they wouldn't send people after him if he decided to runsdlfjsdfk';s DDDD''''''''''X
-After Tear found out she was dying and told Luke to GTFO out of her room because she didn't want him to see her all emotional, and then he just replied, "Then I'll turn around." ;____;
-When Guy caught hold of Tear when she tried to stop Luke at the tower, and Luke just smiled and said "Thanks, Guy" while Guy was all emotionally angry again. ;;
