Dear Previous Person Who Has Already Addressed Me,
Yes, I was all of the above stated and no, I can't change the past or current circumstances overnight. There's nothing I can do or say to you right now that will make you think differently of me, but all I have to say is that everything I've fucked up with is back to how it used to be. Or at least it functions properly. I've said I'm sorry and at this point, I think that's all I can do.
