um, what am i doing buying the Soom IO Wind Walker outfit? what am i doing buying the wig? this is a little out of hand. i still need to buy my sard some eyeballs dammit. i need to get some clothing commissioned for his naked self. the wig will be my sard's. but that outfit- i really have no idea why i want it. who is going to wear it XD i swear if i try putting it on klaus it will be avenged. he'll topple over from on top of the dresser where he's standing and break off bits of himself in the process.

in addition to needing to buy shit for sard- i need to finish that faceup sketch already, so i can move on to his goodly outfit. he is getting a crown/helmet thing, and some type of fancy schmancy loincloth.

because here's the deal folks (and i'll be making this up as i go along), the head satyr clans are the keepers of the seasons in Aradesh- a land ruled by magic in the southern hemisphere in an alternate version of our world. the skythpyvianne clan (to which skandar belongs) are the masters of Merriwell Forest and keepers of the Fall. skandar is the current great king and keeps the power of harvest time within his mighty fists. he oversees the change from summer to fall, from fall to winter to make sure everything goes as planned and the transition is as harmonious as possible. it sounds like work for a fool to those who know not, but all others with knowledge of Aradesh and the satyrs will know that Fall, as well as Spring, are times wrought with danger.

these times are when Aradesh is most vulnerable to war. in Spring it is time for enemy lands to attack, to destroy the budding fruit bearing trees, burn the farms, and send hundreds of insect armies to eat up the freshly planted seeds. the goal? to leave the creatures of Aradesh in a famine and destroy all. why? well that is another story and shall be told another time. in the Fall, it is yet another time to leave Aradeshans without. what survived the spring attacks is ripe and ready to be attacked again. and so our hero skandar, like his forefathers, must prevent these foreign vagabonds from laying waste to all that is plenty and boutiful, that which sustains all life on Aradesh.

oh, and skandar wins these battles which such a display of might that he is soon to become legendary.

there is much more to this tale, but as of now storytellers must sleep and become workers and go back to working
