[The video starts up to show a boy no older than ten standing on the bench by the bus stop. His arms are crossed over his chest and he's dressed in the Robin costume, his hood up and mask in place. He doesn't look very pleased to be there.]

I am looking for a man. If he is here, he arrived some time ago. He's over six feet tall, a martial artist, and very possibly wearing a bat symbol on his chest. It is of the utmost importance that I find him.
