Gaaah, been a while since I've updated here. I guess I've been too busy on my other journal lately.
Anyway, came back here because I think only this journal is suitable for what I found out... and that is, I just got the shock of my life. Earlier, around a few months ago...
I found out that Kagami's going to die. Or something. I cannot remember my source, and I'm hoping my memory plays false (as it normally does), but the Demonic King of Mirrors is going to be defeated by Akabane. I wish I could verify that piece of news by manga, but I'm afraid it happens after volume 36, which happens to be the last volume I presently own. So I can't verify that until at the very earliest, summer.
BUT- That's not the shocking news.
Akabane is going to die too!
This I found out today by someone was updated on the newest story and demanded that I tell him it was false. What could I say? It was news to me!
Apparently, Akabane will have a final battle with Ban, and -win- that battle, but then die from his wounds. The winning part is still unsure but supposedly Ban's unconscious when Akabane passed away. ...yes, so, he died.
MORE SHOCK.
The dead Akabane is actually a clone, or something similar, because the real Akabane comes strolling out of Babylon City after that. WTF!? And I won't be able to confirm/reject these spoilers until I get the books! GARGH! *swears*
Then again, all these would explain a lot of things about the transporter, so I'm not that surprised to find out, it was more like the shock to my system due to finding out. I guess I'm glad that Akabane doesn't really die, and that his powers really does exceed Ban's- if the news is to be trusted. But... gaaaah. I need those books.
Add to it that this will be the last arc for the manga makes me really frustrated over not getting the books yet. So close! I wonder if the next artbook will be coming out soon. *Contemplates*
