perhaps yeep was right to say that... in this Asian context, the gap between leaders and people, bosses and workers, is very big. They just dun give a damn about u as a leader. they dont give a damn whether u look like an idiot standing there all alone. As long as they are happy and all w their own cliques, then its ok. How weird this all sounds aye? but its the truth, child, its the truth. I feel like a complete idiot.
