we bid lower than the asking price and have the appointment with the engineer tomorrow to inspect it and make sure we're not buying a money pit.
I had never conceived of what a huge expense a 30 year mortgage is, it'll be a lot of cutting back for a while until we both are making a bit more money. So the little things i splurge on myself are going mostly bye bye. including stuff like 2 imperials :)
