"Forecast" means "guess"
I've always known that but this morning was proof. We were supposed to get 3-5" of snow. It was closer to 9-10". Just got done with a little shoveling down the yard to the car and around it just a bit. We're do for more tonight and it's easier doing it a bit at a time.
The motorcycle's in the shop, waiting on estimate, approval and work, so it didn't act as a wind block to the little patio. I had extra to shovel on that side. On the other hand, I didn't bother shoveling a channel from the patio to the street. It'll probably be two weeks before I get the bike back, so I'm hoping we get better weather to get rid of that snow the easy way: watching.
