Julie Burkhart is trying to reopen the abortion clinic that was closed when anti-choice folks killed George Tiller in 2009. It was the only one outside of the Kansas City area, and it's needed. However, the violent, recalcitrant folks who claim a fertilized egg is a human are doing all in their power to prevent the clinic from re-opening.
