The year's seen a steady downward trend in unemployment numbers but, since no economy is smooth, there have been slight up-ticks. Two months ago, there was a slight upturn in figures. I heard of no Democrat claim the Bureau of Labor Statistics was trying to jimmy the numbers this close to the elections in order to help Romney.
However, last month it continued the downward trend. What did the Republicans do? Conspiracy theory! There's no possibly way the economy could get better with faking numbers. After all, the Republicans have been doing everything they can to try to make the economy stay bad. How dare it keep getting better?
