Obama, nukes, Palin, Gingrich and the rest of Faux News

Obama says he would like to see a world without nuclear weapons. He agrees with Russia to eliminate 1/3 of the existing stock. He says he wouldn't respond to a non-nuclear attack with nuclear weapons. Let the games begin!

Palin, the new shill on Faux, claims we need to go back to the days of Reagan, a tough guy. The Daily Show plays a clip of Reagan, speaking in China, and announcing he'd love a world without nuclear weapons. They play another clip, with Reagan announcing the goal of his new START program is to eliminate 1/3 of the existing stock of weapons.

The Newt, one of Faux's usual talking heads, and the same man who claimed on the Daily Show that the Shoe Bomber was a US citizen, says that Obama's claim means he wouldn't respond to a chemical attack at all. Stewart correctly points out that isn't close to what Obama said.

Then the best fake news program in the world shows more clips of more Faux News talking heads making up things about Obama and how what the President didn't say means the President wants our world to disappear.

Only idiots don't understand how Jon Stewart has become the most trusted name in news. His show deals with real issues and shows how the top rated infotainers continue to lie their teeth off in order to push their nonsensical agenda. Of course, he shows how MSNBC does the same from the other side, and how much of what passes for news isn't, but Faux is the big monster and is, quite rightly, attacked more often.
