So a bunch of European apologists walked out of Ahmadingaling's speech? Were they really surprised about what he'd said? Of course not. The point of the Durban Conference in Support of Antisemitism was clear. The texts driving Durban II were clear. The President of Iran's attitudes were oft repeated and clear.
Those governments were quite aware of what the latest conference would be about. The more enlightened nations stayed away because of how obvious it was. They walked out for their little press moment, to fake that they really care about ending antisemitism. Then they returned to the hall and continued to participate in a conference which has a clear goal in defining racism as the hate of anyone other than Jews. To hate us, well, that's just fine.
