A religious controversy NOT involving Muslims!
I know, rare. Still, since they're not involved, at least the story is fairly funny.
An article in the JPost says the Catholic Church is upset. There's a building in Jerusalem controlled by a Jewish organization that's trying to renovate it. Originally, the building was a monastery, and the Church lost control of it in the 15th Century.
They don't control it, so why are they complaining? It's next to the building where Christians claim the Last Supper was held. Christians are claiming the renovations will "Judaize a Catholic site." Ignore the serious portion where they accuse Jews doing work next door, not on the site, will somehow infringe on Christians.
Think about it for a minute. They're complaining that Jews are trying to Judaize a Passover Seder...
