(no subject)
It feels weird writing only 2 days apart. No one comments anyways but I just feel like writing. I guess its for myself.
Yesterday was the second day of pre camp. It was from 9-4 and this time we actually went on the field. I loved it. I was loud and proud to be there. There was one point where we were talking about the size of the marching step and the guard yelled really loud 22 and ½ inches and the drum majors were like “even the guard knows!” and it was quite and I yelled out, “well we march too!”. Anyways that’s that. After lunch the guard went outside and sat in the grass and that’s were I napped for about a half hour. Then we went in and I slept on the floor for and hour. My body inside just shut down. Its summer and I don’t like the sun so being in it yesterday did me in. that and that we didn’t do anything after lunch. The music sounds good and I’m happy about that. Tomorrow is guard practice where we are getting our routine. Finally.
At 6 I went to Alex’s house for her party. I love going to Alex’s house because I love Alex and all those people. For some reason Lisa decided that we were going to play volley ball. It was the saddest game ever! On one side it was Colleen, Emily, and Rachel. And on the other side it was Lisa, Matt, and myself. We had fun and then Lisa took Emily Rachel and me to get our bathing suits, she’s a sweetie. Then Rachel, Lisa, Matt, Emily, and me went swimming followed later by Tom. We were in there for quite sometime. The only bad thing was that walking back from the pool my knee went out. It’s still in pain but my mom rocks and bought me a nice knee brace! Oh anyways, then Emily tells me that we don’t have a ride home so out of the goodness of dear Mathews heart he game Emily and me a ride home in his new car. =] thanks matt.
I excited for band camp and I’m already burnt so it won’t be that bad.
