David is amazing regardless of what anyone else says. His past reputation means nothing to me because that is not who he is now. People change. I myself have changed as I've grown up. He's not such an asshole, like everyone seems to think. Actually, he's a goddamn sweetheart and, believe or not, sensitive. Now he may only show me that side of him because I'm his girlfriend, but that's fine with me. He treats me like a princess and I've never had that before. We have (yes WE) fallen head over heels for each other and I couldn't ask for anything better. When he tells me that he loves me I know it's true. I can feel it and see it in him. I'm the first girlfriend he's had in four years, which makes me feel special that he chose to be with me. I am excited. I am in love. I am happy.
