humans are constantly in one of three states: dead, alone, or confused. none are without advantages.

im thinking alone as in without human contact. ex: if confused about why someone has left you alone, then you're still affected by human contact, while in the type of alone im thinking of you would be completely seperate from humanity and the confusion would be rooted inward. maybe.

you know... a better way of summing up what i was thinking is with this:

human contact breeds confusion.

what interests me about this is wondering, what if there's nothing left without everyone else's thoughts. there must be something, but i feel like it would be pretty puny. even though human contact and society breeds confusion, i think it also breeds identity.

but i also wonder if the 'corruption' of our pure beginning person is a negative thing. i think society gives us a lot even while taking away this purity. us humans we are meant to be stuck together, and to want, for the most part, to be stuck together. if we were alone, wouldn't some of our purity of being be corroded simply by the harsh forces of nature?

im not sure if any of that made sense, certainly not as eloquently worded as your response, aidunoh.

You are completely right. What you say is the negative, if you will, of my argument.
It seems that this thing is one best left alone, because I have found that if I think of it too much, my brain starts to hurt and I fear that it will sooner or later explode.
But if it explodes and I figure this silly idea out, will I be better off than not?
Probably.
