I'm going to make this short because I don't know if I can write a detailed description of everything without bawling my eyes out yet. I'll wait a week until I'm calm enough to do that.

Anyways, I wanted to let everyone who follows me on here (as opposed to FB) that my grandfather passed away yesterday. The past few months were rough for him and he suddenly left us after being given a clean bill of health from his doctor on Friday.

To say the least we are shocked and shaken, but I know he's in a better place and with good people who have left us earlier. His sister in law, Auntie Ann, passed just weeks ago in the same hospital where he had his surgery. I'm sure she is welcoming him with open arms along with his parents, his brother Ray, and of course, my grandmother's mother, Inez, who I believe is my guardian angel.

If I could make a small kind request, please keep my family in your prayers, especially my grandmother. As well as she seems to be doing, I've always heard that once one half of a couple passes, the other usually doesn't get too far behind. It's my big fear right now that she will be lonely, depressed, etc...and I don't want her to give up. If you could just pray for strength and peace for her, it would mean the world to me.

But for now it's time for me to sign off. I'm choked up and exhausted once again, and tomorrow is the first day of visitation at the funeral home. If anyone is in the area and you are interested in making a visit to pay respects, the schedule is as follows...

Visitation for William P. Nellis will be Wednesday 4:00-9:00 pm and Thursday 1:00-9:00 pm at Mandziuk funeral home at 18 Mile and Ryan Road. He will be laid in state at 9:00 am with a mass following at 9:30 am on Friday at St. Michael's on Hayes just south of 18 Mile. If you have any questions, feel free to message me via email at adrianneschinkai@yahoo.com.

All my love always to everyone. Rest in peace Papa. You will always have my heart. xoxoxo
