Smiley Morning!
For the past couple of days I've been listening to 96.3 WDVD online when I wake up. So I've become reconnected with the morning show, Blaine and Allyson in the Morning. I've always liked them the most out of the three shows I would listen to on the way to work or while I was getting dressed. It was usually a toss up between them, 89X and 95.5. 96.3 usually talked about subjects that amused me and it wasn't too loud for my tastes in the morning. Plus they sound like they are just as big of nerds as I am!
Anyways, I digress. Yesterday, since I was listening while I was job hunting, they were talking about popcorn at the movies and I wrote in about not having it this weekend because of the flare up. In the past 24 hours, I've gotten a response from both DJs saying take care of yourself and feel better. How cool is that? I mean, it's just a simple message, but it made me smile and just feel special that they wrote back. I friended them both on Facebook.
Today, I think it's time for the post-wedding haircut. I'm going to call Ruby Blu in a few minutes and see if any of their stylists are free today to chop the mane. I have some split ends that can go and I want a shorter do for the summer. So I'm gonna go scout out some fun styles. Maybe something will jump out at me.
