I have managed to leave the forest in a somewhat decent condition. Those monsters I had mentioned earlier are far clever than I realized, but hopefully I managed to come to the full realization of their deviousness before it was too late.
I still retain the shard of courage from that girl's heart. From what new information I have been able to gather, not only has the Princess herself in question been consumed by darkness, but her prince as well. This does not bode well with me. I wish to return the heart shard, but I am not entirely sure if contacting them directly would be the best course of action. I believe the princess' friend and her knight are not in the same condition as their friends, and so I will contact them instead.
And what is this I hear of people with their hearts being stolen...? Someone must put a stop to that as well...
Returning that poor damsel's courage would help...wouldn't it? But I am afraid that this...heart-stealing needs to be dealt with first.
