I'm throwing this out here since I don't know where the hell it came from! Basically, it's an outtake, or a detour, of the story I'm currently writing, " I Am Going To The West", which is a Highlander fic. Why did I write this? Very nice -- and it works quite well from a classic Iron Man stance as well (I haven't seen the movie yet, but am a long time fan of the comic).

I would love to see Methos egging Duncan on in learning to surf, and I agree with Charlotte that the snark-content of Methos meeting Tony would be Extremely High (and very, very amusing.)

Glad you liked it! It was one of the strangest writing experiences ever! I need to poke at it a bit later, see if I can turn it into a 'real' story. Though I've taken one step in that direction -- it has a title!
