We're now caught up on Torchwood, Moonlight, Atlantis, and we finally saw Being Human. I'm still working on catching up with Friday Night Lights. And I'm woefully behind on Holby City, months and months, actually.
I never thought I'd say that I like Owen, but I do now! It's a credit to the actor, I think, that he pulled me into 'Owen like' [g] But 'Ianto like' still needs work. Maybe next season? It's better than last season though! I'm bummed that Martha's gone -- I thought she'd be around longer. Gwen seems to be more in charge than she has been. She started handing out assignments and Jack just sat back. Found that interesting. Glad Martha got that kiss in!
Whoa! I was not expecting any of that. We watched the last two episodes. The temp mortal treatment was pretty cool, and makes me think they've been reading my FK fic -- J/K! And Coraline and the French nobility/vampire/French Revolution twist was pretty darn interesting. But I'm rather disappointed they decided to off the 'inconvenient boyfriend'.
Gar! I hate it when they bring a dead character back, only to pull the rug out from under you again. I was more upset this time than the first time! And does Sam have no memory of SG1? There was a whole freaking clone team of them running around the galaxy. It was the first thing I thought of when they found Carson!
I'm so done with the baby storyline. Can't she just have her baby, a normal baby, instead of trotting out every SciFi scary alien baby cliché? Just once, I'd like an SF show to resist the urge!
I just really loved this! I wish they'd given us a little more info on Mitchell though. I'd love to know how old he is. And the werewolf was perfect when they were looking at the apartment -- he really was acting like a puppy! I thought that was a nice canine touch. I really enjoyed the friendship between vampire and werewolf. I'm going to have to watch this again.
I had no idea I had that much to say about TV. I must be in a weird mood [g]
