What's happening in DW/LJ land? Can't believe it's autumn already -- though it's still in the high 90s here. I wish I had tons to report, but alas....
Still not writing, still working, still fussing over kitties and chickens and dog. I dunno, maybe I should start a new story instead of nagging at the WIPs. I know Charlotte had some definite ideas after Age of Ultron. Bah!
I do, however, now have a real desk! After seven years in this house, and using a haphazard collection of stands and shelves, I finally got a real desk with a shelf credenza and everything. Love it! And of course, cats think the shelf unit s for them.,
We did go see Ant Man finally, and boy I liked it so much better than GotG! Definitely want to get it on DVD.
Only new fall shows I've seen so far is Blind Spot, mostly because I adore Jamie Alexander, and Quantico. Anything out there I should catch?
My brother is building me a new computer, thankfully, because my current tower is HUGE and is relegated to behind my hew desk, where the cats use it as a stepping stone and keep powering it off.
Nin ad I are popping down to SoCal this weekend, and I'm afraid I'm catching my assistant's cold :(
They held our corporate meeting in Park City this year, which was a nice change from Ogden! Met up later with Jen and Dave, and we spent the afternoon at Sundance, where I went on my very first ever chair lift. We went to the top of one mountain, then switched and went up to an even taller mountain! It was gorgeous! Robert Redford has excellent taste in mountains :D The weather was in the 80s, and by the next weekend, it was snowing!
That's it for now.....
