I just may be writing a story that gives some background on Charlotte's Jack Sparrow, as opposed to the one in the movies, that includes Howard Stark and Walt Disney. Yeah. So, up till now, I'd used comics dating for when SHIELD was created, really it only came into play during the Peggy Carter story I wrote a few years back. But now, I think I

Nick founded SHIELD at the end of WWII in the comics so the timing would be right, and I seem to remember Howard did have a hand in its forming. Of course it isn't movie canon (yet) that Nick is that old so it certainly makes more sense for Howard to form it, and if it is later revealed that Nick is the founder you could always say that Howard founding it was the official story to keep Nick out of the limelight so he could do secret spy stuff. :)

Well I'm definitely not changing Nick being old in my stories LOL I'm only going to go so far retconning, you know :D

I'm now trying to decide what Hollywood stars will be at the party. I think Errol Flynn, Marlene Dietrich, Lana Turner, and Clark Gable for a start.

I think I need a Howard Stark icon.
