I bounced back and forth between Abbotsford and Victoria while going to school, and between every other city - home base while contemplating the next location.

You seem to've stuck to the West Coast with the exception of Ottawa. How did that happen. :-D

I don't like snow or winter :)

It was a running joke in our family, that my parents moved to the Vancouver/Lower Mainland area of British Columbia, from Saskatchewan and Ontario, to escape the hard winters, and find the best weather in Canada.

Growing up, I always said to my mom "where can I move to, that has better weather than here?"

The answer, apparently, was California :D

Oh, and I was only in Ottawa for the summer. Calgary, I did spend a winter there, and that was enough for me.

This reminded me of the list I did when I moved to Texas. I just updated it with last year's move. Not counting the house I was born in, I'm at move #16. @_@
