Fairies are dying people. Statistics show that five fairies die every minute as their sparkling fairy-ness is robbed from them by horrible acts of literature. Do you want to tell your children that fairies are dead because the vampires had to sparkle? (and for gods sake what kind of vampire sparkles? the only sparkle i wanna see from a vampire is on its fangs because dammit its not natural for a vampire to sparkle not that vampires are natural... and i should stop channeling Bluestreak, yeah?)
We all know the natural order of the unnatural people. Fairies sparkle, Peter Pan is an idiot and vampires are meant to be like Bram Stoker's Dracula, Anne Rice's Lestat, Louie or even Armand (and seriously that's a rather wide spectrum just going off of those three alone).
Now repeat after me:
Vampires do not sparkle.
Vampire sparkly-ness kills fairies.
To a vampire humans are food NOT friends or whatever you wanna call them if they're not food.
And last but most certainly not least! The fairy population is dying as their sparkly nature is robbed from them by creatures that have no business sparkling. Do you wanna see a vampire in Tinker Bell's outfit? Well do you?
