It has come to my attention that not only has the vampire William Compton left this place of existence, but we have a new visitor in the name of his recently made fledgling vampire, Jessica Hamby, alone from him in addition to the human Sookie Stackhouse, who he has determined to be, by our kind's law, his. Now that is all fine and good, but Bill is no longer here. Therefore I see it as my duty to declare Jessica, wherever she may be staying, to be my nestmate. And Sookie to be, in an esoteric legal sense, a companion of mine.
No, neither of you two get a say.
Moving on. In doing so I would like to make a very friendly warning that should anything unfortunate happen to them, I will find out, and I won't let it slide by without...some form of fair retaliation.
