The Seven of Pentacles portrays a man in a field with six pentacle growing on a bush to his side, and one at his feet. He is resting on his farming implement, lost in thought. This can signify a need to choose between two paths- the one which appear obviously fruitful, but has not yet been completed, and the promise shown by the single pentacle. It also warns against taking too long to decide, and losing all possible gain.
The next card is the Eight of Pentacles, showing a man with six pentacles on the right hand side of the card, labouring at a workbench to produce a seventh, with an eight lying under his bench. This suggests that you should focus your energy on new projects or study, putting aside thoughts of the results. Enjoy your what you are creating at the moment and what you are learning from it, putting aside thoughts of your eventual goal.
The Ace of Wands portrays a wand with leaves growing on it, held by a hand emerging from a cloud. It dwarfs the land below it which shows trees by a river and a castle on a hill. The Aces always represent the beginning, and the Wands represent the fiery side of inspiration- the sudden flash of a new idea which you can make solid. Combined with the two pentacles, this suggests that you should be open to new avenues or ideas and consider how you can work to make them real.
