no, no don't give up! The cute fluff at the end is to die for :) let's see... you've got some really amazing one liners like " Little surprises Leech about this man, but the second he starts acting normal all bets are off." That made me laugh because it was kind of flippant and not really somewhere you'd expect to laugh. Like funny moments at funerals. Inappropriate places =x "...the rhythmic tattoo of the man's heart... " is really good. I like that phrase. It's very different.

As far as the overall story goes, maybe consider talking more about his life as a homeless teen? Like, does he actually have the option of going back to his aunt's? Why DID he leave? If it was for Ruckus, why did it take him 3 months to get around to it? There's a time gap here that isn't very well explained, which I assume will come in time. But yeah, consider what life is like as a homeless teen, because if he had the option to go back to his aunt's house and it didn't suck, he probably would have. Being homeless sucks and frankly, wherever he is, it seems a little unlikely he'd end up there so quickly. Did he spend any real time on the streets or was Lee(ch) forever in the warehouse? Okay, I'll quit rambling...

Hmm, not a bad idea - delving further into Leech's past and the way he's lived since his mom died (which really started him on this whole decline.) I'll have to keep that in mind when I start the next section. Thanks for the input.

Right now, I'm working on a couple other stories that involve Leech but that aren't related to this universe. They're more for my own amusement than anything else, so I doubt if they'll get posted.
