Cause of death: Metastatic Hepatic Flexure Colon Adenocarcinoma (Colorectal Cancer)
Thank you for being so strong all these while, thank you for giving us the chance to know you better in the past 12 months, thank you for going through my final year with me, thank you. Your endurance and bravery is admirable. You were one of the strongest man I've ever known, thank you for not giving up on yourself. I am most thankful to have you as my granddad even though we were not close for the first 23 years of my life. The past 12 months have brought us (so much) closer than before and I'm glad we had the time together, I'm glad we went through this together, I hope you are no longer in pain... May you have an exciting afterlife. Till we meet again...
