Not always true. Anything can be made logical with the right way of thinking. Emotions can be swayed and change and to adapt like that is a true strength.

They improved. In ancient times, humans were far more bloody. It's easier to kill them now, but it's a lot less bloodthirsty, as depressing as that is.
