I was thinking about how weird it is that in high school, students have to pay dues etc. for things that when they are adults they get paid for, like writing for the newspaper, working as photographers for the yearbook, acting in the plays, or playing sports. I know that in high school, kids don't generally have a lot of talent, so it makes sense for them to have to pay, but once in a while, you come along someone who's REALLY good, and then all the people who charge high schoolers are just lucky. Just a thought. But I must go back to making my slideshow on "la comida tipica" (the typical food) of Spain, so goodbye!
