I usually watch the news on TV and I saw something quite disturbing. An unbelievable change in our penalty laws that will allow the worst criminals you can imagine to be set free under these circumstances: They go out during the day so they can "supposedly" go find a job or something but they gotta go back and spend the night in jail. If they are letting them out of jail - unsupervised - then it ISN'T jail! O_O

There are work programs in Jamaica that allow certain prisoners to do some outside labor but it's ALWAYS supervised and genuinely dangerous criminals are NOT ELIGIBLE for it -_-

Hm..that's exactly what makes me angry about this matter. That change was made "specially" to the most dangerous ones. -_-
