[moderator] A Quick Update on the Rules
Dear Itachi & Naruto Fans,
It has come to notice to the INCA juries that some of the nominated fics had some discrepancy regarding characterization of the main characters. Please be aware that if you are submitting a fanfiction containing Fem!Naru or Fem!Itachi (thus the fic won't fall under Yaoi category anymore), the female version of the character must act accordingly to the character's attitude and behaviour taken into consideration that they are a female person. This does not mean they suddenly spurt random hormones, for example, or act like bitches, if (in canon storyline not AU)they dislike fighting or do not want to be ninja, if itachi suddenly prefers hitting on any random chara instead of training, if naruto ditches ramen to get a new haircut, if itachi goes PMS for no reason, or any behaviour that is not considered character wise, or IC. This also means that changing the name of one or both Itachi and Naruto, either them female or male, is ok ONLY IF it does not alter their characterization.
