Tonight I finished my cleaning job in record time -- two and a half hours. So, I'm staying up just as late on this silly computer instead of grabbing a little extra sleep. Oh well.
The other day a brother who's moving away gave me a table and chairs set. Then the next day my next door neighbor gave me a huge couch and matching love seat. Add that to the winged arm chair, rocking chair, and huge drafting table I already have, as well as the pretty complete set of dollar store dishes and silverware I have at my studio, plus my bedroom set, and I'm good to go! All I need now is the apartment! Well, and the money. But this furniture collection is getting a little out of hand if there is nowhere to go with it all.
Tomorrow I go looking again for a second job, or maybe it would qualify as third or fourth. Whatever. I need it. Gotta pay those darned bills. Even after wising up and no longer adding to them, there they sit, swelling with interest. What an evil trap of Satan. These bills endanger my pioneering and my spirituality because I have to work so much. Waaa! Hopefully I can continue to chip away at them. It'll certainly take some of Jehovah's help. But I wish I could just make them disappear!
I finally found a good home for Moxie. It makes me feel better to know she'll get all the love and attention she needs. I realize fully that I don't have the circumstances to take care of a dog, and that my mother doesn't have the patience to fill in for me. She's just not a dog person. No changing her. But none of that changes the fact that I love my dog, she loves me, and I will miss her very very much!!!
Life is never fair. Decent, sometimes, but never fair.
Gotta go to bed.
