catch up #2
well now its been quite a while,lol. You know the point of this was to write in it, but unfortunately i haven't been doing that, anywho, time to catch up a bit...
well lets start with the grammy's. very good and all except for one part...wtf was justin timberlake and arturo sandoval doing together???now don't get me wrong, i think bringing jazz into modern music is a good idea. But don't down grade a fantastic musical artist like arturo sandoval and give him this puny part that might as well not even be in there.
MY OPINION: a disgrace to the classical/jazz music culture(but thats just me)
ok what's next on the list...i believe that would bring us to chamber. Well this is a whole story in and of itself. You know its a good idea, it has a good meaning behind it and everything. Its just getting jp's permission, which looks like its going to be 10 miles on the "straight from hell" turnpike(if you catch my drift). If anyone would like to shed some light on this situation for me or the other members trying to make this work, please do and leave me a comment, i'll get back to you and it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
ok now where are we? i believe that may just bring us to today. Well today honestly was quite a good day. Started off by waking up early and not tired in the least bit. Get to school and talk to a few wonderful choice people, and had an interesting day in band. Mr. waysomething from EMU drives down from EMU just to hear us play. Now the poor guy drives over 2 hours let him at least say something more than just, breathe support and tongueing. I felt bad for him, for what he had the chance to say, or from what i gathered could think of to say, jp could've put the phone on a shelf and listened to us and told us over the phone, lol. Plus the photographer, well i just won't go there. but then watch movies, cards, and goofed off today in classes being that it was a blow off day, and had no homework, yay! Took old bessy<--no real significance just a random name, to eastside for a tune up and came home, went to trev's to play poker with jer, chriscas, and evan which was fun. And we had some good talks, we all must do something over break. After my ortho appointment(scared look on face), surgery(sp???) might be on the horizon!!!oh well, cross that if and when i need to. And now the musical is on hold, and a whole bunch of other stuff.
All in all, things have been going incredibly well for me, in all aspects of life, and i mean everything, so yeah, life is good!!! :D You could say, i'm at peace right now, and i'd like to give a special thanks out to everyone who helped out with me in the past, present, and will in the future, your the ones who make it possible!!! And you know who you are, so once again THANKS!!!
Anywho, thats my big long entry for now, should last you guys for another two weeks or so, lol. Talk to ya later!
