Finally free! After 1 month that turned to 2 1/2 months that then became 3 months I finally get to go home. I usually don't mind pet sitting but this was just to long. Between a dog that followed me constantly and always wanted to go out or have his ears and belly scratched or hide behind the furniture because jerks were setting off firecrackers for a week straight. Then the older cat that only bothered me if she wanted fed. Meowing as soon as I woke up, meowing at 11 at night when I got in. That was our whole 3 month relationship. The third cat was fine. But I did have to find time to sit upstairs in the attic with my cat everyday as well. Plus it was a bit longer to work. Lots of walking since the nearest convenient bus stop was almost 5 blocks away. Not so fun with the weather we have had this month and last. It was for a good cause and I was glad I could help out in some way. Needless to say I'm glad it's over. I can't wait to get home and make dust angels in my own little bitty apartment that hasn't been cleaned in 3 months. So I will finish this post, finish my coffee and bid you all adeu.
