excuse me, we're trying to make memories here.

oh yes, you heard right - proms were amazing!!  they were both (almost) 24-hour parties of just the best of everything, much akin to eating the biggest, best ice cream sundae and not getting full.  there were just so many things that made proms so much fun and so memorable, and i posted the pictures to prove it.

for ahn prom, the prom hall itself was really nice.  it was very aesthetically pleasing and it had some really good shirley temples and quesadillas.  the clams casino were so good, people just threw the shells to the floor once they were done out of sheer excitement.  it was a tad hot (with the whole fireplace thing) but not enough to stop the fun!  but before the prom we went to emmas house, which had a very picturesque back yard, complete with swing for that oh-so-fresh-and-springy shot.  i also got my car MAD washed.  it was no mere car wash, oh-no.  but to meet my standards for prom i got it MAD washed with black magic and rain-x too.

the limo was super fun too.  i would like to say that that limo had the best mixes ever with everything from "get naked" to "be our guest".  at the prom, the dance floor and music were good, and it just looked like everyone was having super fun.  we even got two last songs, which i imagine would be like a really scaled down Hanukkah - very fun.  the after party rocked my socks right off.  making smores and playing the meeting games and everything was just such a great time!  best after party EVA.

the cba prom was also a really great time.  the gideon putnam was a great place to have it, and the dj rocked my world, mainly bc he played wyclef jean and was a cba grad.  spring was in the air and this young man's fancies turned to shirly temples - again, they were excellent.  the music was really good, they hit all the old and new songs and even a few you wouldn’t think of (the "c'mon ride the train" one  started The Train to End All Trains).  i was starving so dinner was awesome.  morgan and i did out dance drew, its so true - and don’t let anyone tell you any different.  morgan (who, by the way, looked wonderful at both proms) and i were also serenaded for our 6 mo. which was extra-special - thanks!

so our limo driver was all like "northway?  never heard of him!!" and proceeded to get lost, which was fine...for an hour then things got ugly.  but once we got back to my house it was time to suit up and eat massive amounts of delicious appetizers and make-your-own-sundaes.  oh yes, four different types of ice cream and toppings bro, and cherries.  boo-yah!  movies were watched, fun was had, people left happy.  a very good time indeed.

in other news, i had a fever and an ophthalmologist appointment yesterday so it was rough.  but im better and das coo'.  got a fun week and weekend coming up and i am ready!  now for the pics....

i dunno if i posted ths one - this was after a cba victory and i'm a cba indian
